Business plan will be supplied upon requst for Canada or internationally

The following concept will introduce our business plan:

Since antiquity people have brewed their own beer and wine at home. Much information and many writings are available for home brewing. Beer in particular required more expensive equipment to brew than wine; therefore, the demand for better brewing equipment and supplies created an opportunity for small business to provide professionally equipped facilities for brewing.

Several applications were made to the government to create brew-on-premise stores. Ontario and British Columbia legalized this concept and there are nearly one hundred stores in British Columbia, and the same in Ontario. The market has expanded rapidly with stores in most localities.

This concept allows customers to brew their own beer, wine or cider, according to their taste in small quantities. Also, the beer is of high quality similar to commercial beer without the additives and preservatives that are used in the commercial products. In addition to a high quality product, our beer costs about half the price of store bought beer.

The brew-on-premise stores provide customers with excellent equipment, a clean and spacious working place, helpful staff, and fresh ingredients to produce excellent products that are equal to or better than the commercial beer, wines and ciders that are now on the market.

Presently there is no tax on brewing in British Columbia. Ontario government put a tax of $ 6.00 on each batch of beer, wine or cider. Since the cost of the brews are about half the cost of commercial products, such tax would not deter the making of beer, wine or cider at these stores.

In addition to alcoholic beverages the brew-on-premise store can provide a wide range of carbonated flavored waters and fruit juices at about half of the cost of commercial products. This provides the store owner with additional income with no additional investment since the same equipment is used.

The brew-on-premise stores also sell beer and wine related products such as home brew kits and supplies, wine racks, beer steins, bottles and many other such articles. These stores can provide a wide range of products that will satisfy a growing market.
